 Aviary Quartet

Our core principles:
Music - especially new music - can be fun.
Music should represent diverse voices.
..... it's ok to laugh. A lot.

As an ensemble, the Aviary Quartet is enthusiastic about music by a historically under-represented composers. We're comfortable in all styles, love to make "strange" or non-traditional sounds, and are comfortable with fixed media, live processing, and audio/visual. Our ensemble prioritizes music that can be welcoming to all audiences. We want them to have as much fun listening as we do performing.

Aviary's commitment to new music means we're always open to new partnerships and collaborations. Do you have a venue that would be perfect for a chamber ensemble? Do you have a quartet that you'd like to hear brought to life? Reach out using one of the links below.
